What is the Spinal Flow Technique?

Everyone has a spinal wave. That innate intelligence & energy, the lifeforce energy that exists within the cerebral fluid which comes from your brain, all the way down your vertebrae to the base of your spine, in which the brain delivers messages through energy impulses to our bodies via the nervous system. These messages allow us to function, breathe & heal. The human body is so incredibly intelligent & possesses the wisdom to heal. Sometimes this energy becomes blocked due to blockages in the spine, & can be the cause if all sorts of issues. The Spinal Flow Technique, developed by Dr Carli Axford, is a gentle touch-based therapy that works with the nervous system to release stored blockages from the spine. Spinal Flow works by opening the communication pathways between your brain & whole body to help your body repair & heal.

Blockages occur when the chemical, physical or emotional stress in our bodies is unable to be processed. This can be from trauma, the chemicals we consume ( medications, food, drugs, alcohol) or from physical injury. In today's world our bodies are often in a constant state of "fight or flight" & the stress this puts on our system is immense.

There are 33 access points along and around the spine, and by holding these access points that contact the dura matter surrounding the spinal cord and nervous system, we are able to help your body release the blockages in your spine and in turn relaxing muscles. Access points are found on the sacrum, coccyx and cranium as well as along the spine.

By contacting the best access points, we are bringing your body into a state of rest and digest to bring in more Spinal Flow, our body's natural intelligence in which the brain communicates to the rest of the body via the nervous system, to allow the body to correct blockages rather than force them through adjustment.

Everybody and every body is different, so one size does not fit all.

Spinal Flow can and has been proven to help with many different causes of pain and symptoms from many causes, as well as and not limiting to depression, anxiety, headaches, digestion, fibromyalgia , chronic fatigue and so much more.

Based on my experience in treating people conventionally for over 20 years, the Spinal Flow Technique is so beneficial for its fast and effective outcomes as well as it’s long lasting results.

It just makes sense.

So much so, that I went and trained to become a Spinal Flow Practitioner to be able to help as many people as I can to experience the benefits and to feel as well as I do.

I look forward to meeting you soon,

Yours in health, Carmen Robson
