What is the Spinal Flow Technique?

There are 33 access points along the spine, sacrum, coccyx, and cranium. By gently working with these points, the body is guided into a “rest and digest” state, allowing stored stress and tension to release and the nervous system to regulate.

This process supports the body in unwinding patterns of physical, chemical, and emotional stress, helping you return to greater ease, balance, and connection within yourself.
